At HK Craft House, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges (Defective Items Only)

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Used items

• Custom or personalized orders

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at contact@hkcrafthouse.com or call (704) 490-3638 with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the defective item

• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item

Exchanges

• If available, we will replace the defective item

• If not, a refund will be issued
