1. Non-Refundable Bookings

•  All bookings for Sip & Pour Parties are non-refundable. Once your reservation is made, we are unable to issue refunds.

            2. Rescheduling 

• We understand that schedules may change. Customers may reschedule their appointment to another available date that better accommodates their schedule.

             3. Special Circumstances for Refunds

•  A full refund will only be issued if HK Craft House is unable to host the event due to:
  Severe weather conditions that make the event unsafe or inaccessible.
• An unforeseen emergency on the part of HK Craft House that prevents us from holding the event.
