- All bookings for Sip & Pour Parties are non-refundable. Once your reservation is made, we are unable to issue refunds.

- Special Circumstances for Refunds
- A full refund will only be issued if HK Craft House is unable to host the event due to:
- Severe weather conditions that make the event unsafe or inaccessible.
