BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your selected date and time. All booking payments are nonrefundable. 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least seven days before the scheduled event. With proper notice, your payment may be transferred one time to another available date within 90 days.

Cancellations made less than seven days before the event, missed appointments, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or booking credit. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

If HK Craft House must cancel your experience, you may choose a new available date or receive a refund of the amount paid.

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following:

• Your selected date and time are not confirmed until full payment has been successfully processed. 

• Please provide an accurate guest count when booking. Any final guest-count changes must be approved at least seven days before your party and may affect the remaining balance.

• Parties begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrival does not guarantee an extension of the experience.

• Guests must follow all candle-making instructions and safety guidelines provided by the HK Craft House team.

• Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult throughout the experience.

• If your experience is BYOB, alcohol may only be consumed by guests who are 21 or older. HK Craft House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving unsafely or disruptively.

• Guests are responsible for damage caused by reckless or inappropriate behavior.

• Finished candles may be taken home at the end of the event. In the event of a late arrival, the candles may require additional cooling or preparation time before they can be safely transported. Pickup instructions will be provided during your experience when applicable.

• Booking payments, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and no-shows are governed by the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

No candle-making experience is required. HK Craft House provides the supplies, step-by-step guidance, and aprons needed for the experience.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrival does not guarantee additional party time.

Finished candles may generally be taken home at the end of the event. Additional cooling or preparation time may be required following a late arrival.

For parties of 16 or more guests, please submit a Large-Group Inquiry instead of making multiple smaller reservations through the online calendar.

If your selected experience is BYOB, alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by guests who are 21 or older.
